"True Colors", the first student designed and painted mural in Marin, was celebrated and blessed with a traditional Aztec dance and blowing of the conch on Wednesday, November 9th @ 3:30 at the Canal Alliance, 91 Larkspur St., San Rafael, California. Forty high school students from the Youth Scholarship Program worked together with ForWords, a local non-profit, and Precita Eyes, the premier San Francisco muralists, to design and paint this spectacular mural. Two hundred people watched and listened as students led the ceremony and told the story of their mural, "True Colors."
